History  
Giovanni Services NV was founded on May 7, 1999 by Managing Director Kendall Mathew. We have been primarily local independent truckers offering our clients and logistic companies in St. Maarten swift, reliable and exceptional service. Throughout the years following, we added services like professional moving, relocation projects, third party warehouse maintenance and organization, off-loading containers, setting safes, packaging and crating, etc.

December 2005 we took the next step and added logistics to our extended list of services. To meet our customer’s needs, we relocated to a warehouse and office facility in Point Blanche less then two minutes away from St. Maarten’s ocean port.

This move allowed us to add our latest service in September 2006, Inter-Island Forwarding with the M/V Admiral II and M/V Distance Runner. With this service we offer free consolidation, free storage and free delivery to port.
